Meet the Team Behind Norfolk’s Favourite Ice Cream

Passionate people, real ingredients, and handcrafted ice cream

We are a close-knit team of ice cream makers, flavour creators, and industry experts based in Norwich, and we all share a passion for quality and craftsmanship. Each scoop we produce reflects our commitment to using the finest local ingredients and traditional techniques.

Simon

Ronaldo Ices founder and co-owner.

Simon has been part of the Ronaldo family since its beginnings in 1983. Although semi-retired now, Simon is still a key presence in the business. When he is not doing the important work of part-time ice cream legend, Simon is a keen swimmer and cyclist and enjoys spending time with family and friends.

Chris

Ronaldo Ices co-owner.

Chris keeps the business moving forward, working on new recipes and products as well as making sure we have plenty to talk about at B2B events and on socials. As well as having a key role in the operations side of the business,Chris also looks after our customers, suppliers and the team. When not at work Chris cycles like mad and enjoys good food and drink, preferably in the sunshine!!

Tom

Food Room Manager.

A highly experienced ice cream maker, Tom leads production in the ice cream kitchen, making sure we produce the most delicious ice cream for our customers. When not creating delicious ice cream, Tom likes spending time with family and long distance running, from park runs to marathons.

Philippa

Office Manager.

Philippa is our fantastic office manager, who oversees the accounts and HR as well as talking to our lovely customers. Outside of work she likes watching the football and spending time with her family.

Richie

Food Room Assistant.

Richie is a skilled ice cream maker, working alongside Tom to keep the good people of Norfolk stocked up with the very best ice cream. Outside of work, Richie loves playing darts and snooker and socialising with friends and family.
