Salted Caramel Ice Cream become one of our best sellers in recent years thanks to the recent craze for sweet yet salty flavours to add another dimension to desserts.
It has proved really popular whether scooped into a cone at ice cream parlours or served as an accompaniment to desserts in restaurants.
One of the things which has made it so popular is our own traditionally made Caramel. Heating sugar too a massive 170 degrees centigrade then adding double cream, you can check out this slightly explosive process here.
