Choc Fudge Brownie Ice Cream is one of our most popular flavours and we’re not surprised we think it is delicious!
The Fudge Brownie creation begins with moist chocolate cake, baked in-house.
We then blend Double Cream, Sugar and Cocoa Powder to make our traditional sweet Chocolate Fudge. While the fudge mixture is still hot we unite these two choice confections in blissful, cakey matrimony and let it cool.
Our Chocolate Fudge Brownie is then generously scattered throughout a smooth Chocolate Ice Cream base, made from Locally Sourced Whole Milk and Double Cream mixed with real 82% Cocoa Solids Chocolate. It’s a truly titillating, toothsome treat for those with a fondness for something sweet!
