Real Fruit Sorbets Natural & Diary Free  We make our sorbet using a simple, natural recipe & an extremely high fruit percentage. Unlike many manufacturers we use real juices, not concentrate, & our own made fresh fruit purees to make our sorbets.  With clean, crisp flavours & vibrant colours few frozen desserts can pack the same amount of flavour.  Lemon. Made with fresh seasonal Lemon Juice & Zest, not concentrate, this has a real zing! Norfolk Raspberry. Locally grown Raspberries make this popular & colourful flavour. Norfolk Blackcurrant Locally grown Blackcurrants make this vibrant & flavorful Sorbet. Norfolk Rhubarb Sorbet Norfolk red rhubarb make this subtle pink sorbet. Strawberry & Passion fruit. Sweet, Sour & Blushing. Locally grown Strawberries & not quite so local Passion fruit! Orange. Freshly Squeezed Oranges give this  fresh taste. Mango. The unique tropical taste of Mangoes. Passionfruit. A bitter sweet sorbet for special occasions. Green Apple. English Fruit, Clean Eating, Fresh tasting, Eye Catching.  Blood Orange. Bold in colour & flavour! Elderflower. Light Delicate flavour of Elderfowers. Over the years we have made many different sorbets & have many more recipes than shown on these pages. Salted Caramel Ice Cream

Salted Caramel Ice Cream  Salted Caramel Ice Cream become one of our best sellers in recent years thanks to the recent craze for sweet yet salty flavours to add another dimension to desserts. It has proved really popular whether scooped into a cone at ice cream parlours or served as an accompaniment to desserts in  restaurants. One of the things which has made it so popular is our own traditionally made Caramel. Heating sugar too a massive 170 degrees centigrade then adding double cream, you can check out this slightly explosive process here.
